Saint Vincent's Guest House is the coolest hotel in New Orleans.
Built in 1861, St. Vincent's was originally and orphanage for children left parentless by the Yellow Fever epidemics of the time. It's been through many iterations since then, but you can still find the now abandoned and over grown children's graveyard in the back corner of the lot.
It's important to note that room 57 is considered so haunted that several of the staff refuse to enter it. Windows flying open and personal possesions being thrown about, or more interestingly, laid out in new and uncanny positions about the room has been reported several times.
